Submission instructions

Preparing Scientific Contributions to the ISRA World Meeting 2018

In order to submit your scientific contribution:

Symposia

Submitting a symposium requires the proposer (organizer or “chair”) to organize multiple presentations around a central topic.  A maximum number of four presentations per symposium is permitted.  Session length will vary, depending on the number of proposed presentations within each symposium (the maximum number is 5, including discussants).  Individual presentations will 20-25 minutes including time for discussion and questions.

In order to participate, the symposium organizer should provide the following information:

  1. A general abstract of not more than 300 words,
  2. Names and affiliations of all contributing authors,
  3. Abstracts for individual presentations (max. 250 words for each presentation)

The Program Committee will review submissions. Deadline for the submission of symposia is February 1, 2018. Notifications will be sent to authors starting April 1, 2018.

Oral Presentations

This is the “standard form” of contributing to the scientific program. Accepted presentations will be organized by the Program Committee into themed sessions.  Each presentation will be 20-25 minutes including time for discussion and questions.

In order to participate, please provide the following information:

  1. An abstract of not more than 250 words,
  2. Names and affiliations of all contributing authors

The Program Committee will review submissions.  Deadline for the submission of oral presentations is March 1, 2018. Notifications will be sent to authors starting April 1, 2018.

Posters

To submit a poster, please provide:

  1. An abstract of not more than 250 words
  2. Names and affiliations of all contributing authors

Deadline for the submission of poster presentations is March 1, 2018. Notifications will be sent to authors starting April 1, 2018.

The abstracts and information related to contributing authors must be submitted in standard font (Microsoft Word or PDF format in 12-point type, Times New Roman) via the World Meeting submission portal and also be sent via email to Dr. Farzaneh Pahlavan. The Program Committee will review submissions.

Note: Posters have to be designed in the vertical format and should not exceed 150cm in height and 100 cm in width. Posters can be attached to the surface with magnets provided on site.
